Next week’s Royal wedding is already a special event here on the Turks and Caicos Islands.  The day itself, April 29, has been made a national holiday.  Natives and visitors alike are getting ready to let loose during a three-day weekend of fun and sun and long cool drinks celebrating young love and a new life begun.

But it may not end there for these magical isles, and the excitement here is palpable.
