Our Providenciales resort rates are per room per night based on double occupancy and include full continental breakfast and airport transfers on request. Up to one additional person is allowed in the one-bedroom suites for a supplementary rate.

21 day cancellation policy
3 night deposit required at the time of booking
Holiday Policy: 50% deposit at the time of booking, full prepayment 11/1 - Cancellation is 11/1

Cancellations

Reservations can be cancelled up to three or more days prior to the scheduled arrival date. A cancellation charge of three nights will apply if cancellation is received less than three days prior to arrival. Cancellation should be made in writing.

Hurricane Policy

Valid through 12/1/10

In the event of an official evacuation order, La Vista Azul Resort will not penalize any guest for any unused nights of their stay and will offer an incentive discount for a return visit at some other time applicable to the number of nights that were unused. This incentive will be based on availability and room rates may vary due to the season.

In the event of an official hurricane warning issued for the islands of Turks and Caicos, La Vista Azul Resort will waive the cancellation penalty and either refund the full deposit, or change the reservation to a future date.

Payment

La Vista Azul resort accepts all major credit cards: Master Card, Visa, Discover and American Express. Corporate checks and bank dracts are accepted by prior arrangement only.

Payment can also be sent to us via wire transfer on a request basis. Contact us for more information.

Surcharges

Rates are subject to the Turks and Caicos 11% government tax and 10% service charge which will be added to your bill.
